Chicken Noodle Casserole

Kelly's Korner is having a Dinner Recipe swap as part of her "Show Us Your Life" Friday series. I am joining the fun with a super easy recipe for Chicken Noodle Casserole! Check out more recipes at Kelly's Korner!

This is a great recipe to take to a family with a new baby, or after someone has surgery. It is easy, scrumptious, and even kids usually like it! Plus, you can easily keep all the ingredients on hand, in case you need a casserole fast!

1 family size can cream of chicken soup (or two regular sized cans)
1 pkg. kluski noodles (I use Mrs. Weiss.)
1 large can cooked chicken breast (or 2-3 cooked chicken breasts, cubed)
6-8 slices bread
1/2 stick butter

Cook noodles according to package directions. In a 9X13 pan, mix noodles, soup, and chicken. Toast the bread, then cut into bite-sized squares. Melt butter, then coat bread pieces in butter, and sprinkle the bread on top of the noodle mixture. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5-10 minutes longer, until bread pieces are lightly browned. Enjoy!
