Birthday Parties

OK, I admit it. I get a little (John would say a lot) obsessed over birthday parties. I just love them! The whole process of planning and searching and buying and decorating is something I really enjoy. Friends tell me that I should be a party planner. That would involve way too many working weekends, I think. And I don't really care as much about adult parties (although if I ever got to have a few, I'm sure I'd like to plan them too!) My dream job at the moment is to own a children's party store, where I would have ALL the items needed for a great party. I find supplies in so many different places, and while I enjoy the hunt, I realize that most people do not. So, they could just drop in my store and the whole party (other than food & cake) would be right there for them. I know, I'm nuts, but I would enjoy that so much! Maybe some day I will make it a reality. So for now, I am just going to post lots of pics from birthdays past and think about how those parties could have been better!
